At Impressions Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or return authorization form.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
